Returns and refunds
We offer a 14-day return window, allowing you 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return if your item is damaged. For all floral arrangements, please note that these are considered bespoke products, and as such, refunds are only offered in cases of damage. In the absence of any damage, a customer credit will be issued to your account instead.
For Pre-Ordered Items, these are placed based on an estimated delivery time, and we want to remind you that delays can occasionally occur, both locally and nationally, within the shipping process. If delays happen, we will send you updates via mailshot. Pre-ordered items are non-refundable unless damaged.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please note, if you cancel or return an item based on a future sale offer for the same product at the same value, your return or refund request may be declined.
